Get the basics like what materials, ingredients, and the process for your fermenting future. This workshop is appropriate for all ages and all cooking backgrounds.
Our demo leader, and Marker Manager, Aubrey, will take it beyond just cabbage and share all the ways in which you can mix and match your ferments, resulting in funky colors and additional health benefits!
